If the local campaign is taking online applications, you will see menu options for the FAMILY TOY APPLICATION and the AGENCY TOY APPLICATION. You should also see links for these online forms on the REQUEST A TOY page of the local campaign website. If there are no options for either of the forms, you will find information about how to apply for toys from the local campaign on the HOME page or REQUEST A TOY page of the local campaign website.

If you DID NOT submit your application using one of the two online forms on the local campaign website, you CANNOT use this lookup service to check on your application. Please contact your local Marine Toys for Tots Campaign to check on your application.

When you submitted your application online, your application was assigned a CONTROL NUMBER, which was shown on the confirmation page and included in the confirmation email you should have received. You will need this CONTROL NUMBER to look up the status of your application.
