Tim Davis is a former United States Marine Corps captain and a Gulf War Veteran. He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from The Citadel as well as a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Tulsa.

His civilian experience included vice president positions operating two UPS technology subsidiaries, overlapping with a 20 year career at The UPS Store and serving as that subsidiary’s president from 2012 through 2021.

From 2013 through 2025, Davis was a board member for the Toys For Tots Foundation.
